Broil King 958344 Regal S 590 Pro Propane Gas Grill, 5-Burner, Stainless Steel

The Broil King S590 Pro got really good reviews from an independent website, not to mention great Amazon reviews. We had purchased a Napoleon Grill that was actually $300 more than this one, but had to return it due to damage and the fact that 3 bolts broke off while hand-tightening. We are super happy with the Broil King, which was easy to assemble. This grill is sturdy and really well built with nice little details, like blue lighted knobs and nice steel handles. I recommend getting the matching Broil King cover. It's waterproof, heavy (so shouldn't blow away in a wind storm) and has flexible rubber handles to easily lift it off). The cooking surface is ample with the 5 burners. I haven't used the rotisserie attachment yet (included) but look forward to it! Buy this grill!

This is an awesome gas grill. It's the highest quality grill I've ever owned. The stainless steel grates very heavy duty, as well as all of the other parts, so it should last a long time. The heat is very even and strong. I'm still learning how best to use it. Steaks and roasts are great. Indirect cooking for multiple beer can chickens is really good because if the large cooking area and heat generated by the outside burners. I've tried the rotisserie a couple of times, but I haven't quite got the hang of it yet. The rotisserie unit works very well, but I don't have any experience with them, so there's a bit of a learning curve. The exterior lighting is nice, but not very useful. Interior lighting would have been helpful, along with an exterior fuel gauge, but that's really being picky. I love the grill.

I've had three of these. Two of them were Regals one was a baron. Great grills excellent cooking good quality. This last one which is a Regal did not include the light for night grilling as shown on the ad for the grill

!st grill that I bought----damaged in delivery.Bought the same grill again----missing a factory installed part, making it impossible to put together.Returning the grill----not that simple. I won't be credited with MY money until 24 hours AFTER the product is returned, even though the tech who came to put it together verified that the factory installed part is missing!!

Great GrillThe seller totally trashed this grill. I have a lengthy review I sent in, and I am hoping Broil King will replace the items, however, this seller totally trashed the grill.Items include:Grill hood severely scratched, Thermostat fell off before I removed the hood from the boxThe box looked like it had been run over by a forkliftOne door bent badly, The other door was not even in the boxes.All metal supporting pieces had to be hammered and bent straight again before assembly. (extra 2 hrs)My computer will not let me attach the pics now, but I did send everything to BK, I hope they can helpThe grill is pretty nice though I do really like it. I would suggest moving the sliding tray over an inch or so though, when placing the gas tank on the slider you have to be sure not to hit and kink the hose that connects to the burners. It is not bad since it is new, but with the pressure this is an area to watch over as the grill gets older.

I absolutely love the BBQ, rotisserie is great, looks great, if you can get past the bent cooking bay, dented doors, ignition that won't work and other defects. When I attempted to address the defects and performance issues no one answered the phone and if they did, I was told to "just package it up" and return it at my expense. A $1,500 BBQ should not arrive bent, machined off thread, non-working ignition or others defects. Two months later and continually trying to get this resolved only to face a different story each time I call in. The "return" calls at 0730 in the morning on a Saturday, Sunday & Monday are just a symptom of why the product support for this expensive item makes it a NO GO.

The assembly part was a nightmare, but I called in some expert friends and they had it assembled in a few hours. We followed the instructions on how to prepare the grill for.....grillin' and away we went. It is simple to run and it cooks very well. It faired very well, through the winter with a tight tarp around it. (couldn't find the right cover, for that grill, so we used a large tarp with bunji cords) When we took the tarp off to grill, this summer, there was not one blemish on it from being outside all winter and part of the spring. I'm, very, glad I listened to my friends' advice on what grill to purchase..

My last grill lasted for 15 years, but rust and age were taking it's toll. The grill arrived in one (heavy) box and was delivered to my garage. There is LOTS of assembly involved, but the instructions are pretty straightforward. One piece was damaged a little in shipping, but it was on the back and I bent it back out myself.Let me tell you, this thing heats up hot and fast! It's great for searing steaks. It took a while to get used to a grill that cooks hotter and faster than my old one. Very happy with my purchase so far!
