Does this face shield come with the pin lock system & is the fog free insert included with this product?

Yes pinlock ready, the insert (pinlok ) is not included, i swapped mine from original shield to new one

Does this one fit the Quantum X helmet?

If your Quantum X is the latest model.......It should fit. I own the Corsair X and it’s required for mine.

Does this fit to Concept-X?

Don’t know I have a defiant X. But from what I remember it read it would fit the (X) lineup.

Does this fit on the DT-X?

Yes. It does fit it perfectly. I really like this visor on my DT-X. It is a little noisier on the wind, but very convenient.
