I put this on the front steps to the porch on my parents house. They are 89 and 90 and need a handrail to steady themselves on these concrete steps. The hand rail is thin but quite sturdy. The hardware is all stainless so it should not rust. For DIY on concrete I do recommend buying a good masonry bit. For 6 holes I thought I could get by on a cheap bit. No, that took to trips to Lowes for masonry bits. I was very pleased with the handrail.

I'm going to install on a wood deck. Unfortunately, the anchor bolts included with the package are for use in concrete.The installation "directions" are completely useless, it's just a drawing with no actual instructions. There is no discussion on what to use for installation on wood. I looked at the Vevor website there are no better instructions there.I tried their "Live Chat" only to get a message that my estimated wait time was 47 minutes.Next, I used "Contact Us" link. I sent a very simple question and got an autogenerate generic reply 3 days ago. I replied with my simple question and got a note that my question was referred to technical support and should get an answer in another 3 days.Completely useless.

Ordered one and like it so much ordered another for another stair level.Tubes match railings already on the deck. The second order was missing one of the end caps ( not necessary, but nice to have) and the instructions (not needed since I already had them from previous order) we just wanted something to guide people down the steps( which can be scary when all lights are out.) It is not for very heavy duty service, but it can be beefed up at the base by putting a steel plate under the floor boards (if needed, which I didn't) The company needs better quality control in packing the railing as far as checking to see everything is included.Sfter I have installed them I will include a photo to this review.

great product for the price, looks great and does the job

I am not so pleased with the handrail. Box came ripped open. The bolts and screws bag had a hole in it so they were out inside the box everywhere. A couple of pieces were missing. No instructions just a photo. Rather than loose money sending it back I bought additional screws, bolts, and nuts. The top end of the handrail will not lock shut so we have to figure out how to do it. Because the whole top handrail moves when you touch making it unsafe to hold to. The middle rail was too short. I had to hire a welder to put in a piece so it could connect. Hope it works when he gets it done. Truly was a huge disappointment. With my experience I would not reccomend this product. I have parkinson and need a dependable product. Actually. I think Amazon should not even have their products on here if they are like this one. And ridiculous you have to pay big money to return.

The (2) open pipe ends need END CAPS to keep the wasps out of building nests, these 2 end caps are open, my other (2) Vevor handrails have end caps

Do not buy from this seller. Top rail broke off at weld. Seller would not offer refund. Rail was installed only 3 months. No warranty or exchange offered. Offered $30 and suggested I get a “professional” to fix the weld.
