Mega-multivitamin good for what I don't get with diet.

This multiple vitamin makes me feel so much better when I keep on the twice a day regimen. If I miss a dose for any reason, I feel out of sorts. So then I think back a day or so to what I have eaten, meds I have taken or missed and every time it goes back to when I missed a dose or two of my multi vitamin. I have tried other multi vitamins, but none helps me as much as Nature's Life. I am a senior and have taken this same multiple for years before now, and wouldn't change. Best of good health to you.

I've been taking these multi vitamins for over 15 years. They were truly a life saver when I was anemic with a hemoglobin of 6. These vitamins allowed me to function and maintain a job and care for my family. I ran out one time and I was back in the bed, with no energy, bones aching and tired. When I finally moved to a state that offered iron infusions the oncologist was shocked when he saw me. He said with a hemoglobin so low he expected me to be extremely weak and frail. He asked my husband, "does she dress herself" and my husband laughed and said "yes she does". The Dr. asked "how, what are you doing"? I told him I took two Nature's Life Soft Gel multi vitamins a day and it gave me the fuel, energy and stamina to make it through the day. He thought that was incredible! Now that my hemoglobin is normal I still take these vitamins, they give me the extra ump I need and a wonderful since of well being. I've tried others, but keep coming back to these, in 15 years I haven't found anything that can come close!

Seems very potent. I take a half dose.

The pills in our order of Nature's Life soft gel multiple arrived with the pills in terrible shape. The pills were whole, but the coating seems to have deteriorated, maybe melted, or oxidized, or liquefied or got wet or reacted somehow. not sure if they are safe to eat.

My husband has been taking these for over 25 years, started back when he ran marathons. He swears by them and they've been a great staple and maintained robust health. Highly recommended by us both.

I have been told that these are great vitamins by someone I trust, and they appear to contain everything I look for in a multivitamin. These are reputable and not difficult to swallow, being both smooth and tasteless, although a little large.But are they really proactively doing anything for me? I hope not. Anyone who can "tell the difference" when they miss their multivitamin pill probably has serious diet or health issues that the pill is masking. I can't tell one way or another (aside from slightly more yellow urine) but doctors suggest adults take a good multivitamin every day, so here we are.

I have been taking good quality multi-vitamins my entire life, and these are by far my favorite. That being said, these are "horse pills", and if you can't swallow a large pill, find another multi. These are gel caps - I don't have an issue getting them down, don't seem to have a funny after effect of burping them up, and my energy levels are great when I take these regularly.
