Will this remove dried acrylic paint from carpet?

I never received this product, who do I contact

The same thing happened with me when I bought it the second time. I just reached out to the customer services and received a refund.

How much area will this bottle clean?

I just used a whole bottle on a 5 x 7 area rug that was pretty dirty.

Would this work on a jute rug?

I am reasonably confident that Folex will be effective on jute or any fiber. I have not known it to alter the color of any material with which it has had contact (if that is a concern). Please refer to my first review to understand how Folex is best used as a procedure.
