Great product!
I’ve been using the Hamilton Beach Juicer Machine for our plant-based lifestyle, and it has been an excellent addition to our kitchen. The large 3” feed chute makes it so easy to juice whole fruits and vegetables without a lot of prep work. It powers through everything quickly with the strong 800W motor, and the juice comes out fresh and smooth, perfect for adding into our plant-based smoothies. Cleanup is simple compared to other juicers I’ve tried, which makes me want to use it every day. The parts rinse off easily, and it doesn’t feel like a hassle after making a batch of juice. I also love that it’s BPA-free, which gives me peace of mind. Overall, it’s been a great investment for our daily smoothies and plant-based meals—reliable, powerful, and easy to use. Highly recommend!

Awesome Fruit & Veggie Juicer
Hamilton Beach Big Mouth Juice Extractor Pros: Inexpensive - under $50 Efficient - extracted pulp is not watery Easy assemble/disassemble - for cleaning Cons: A bit loud - 90 to 100 dB Overall I’m quite pleased with this juicer’s performance. I read reviews and watched videos before deciding to purchase the Hamilton Beach Big Mouth Juice Extractor. Juiced: Carrots, cucumbers, beets, celery, tomatoes, apples, pears, broccoli (not recommended - too over powering taste), peaches, plums, and grapes. Looking forward to trying ginger root and other fruits and veggies. Have not tried squishy fruit (bananas) or leafy items (kale). The juicing process literally takes seconds once your fruit/veg selection is washed. Be sure to stir the juice before removing the “head” (foamy top). Most of that mixes quite well and doesn’t taste any different. For best results use a veggie bag for the waste bin for easy clean-up. If you refrigerate the bag of pulp, you can reuse it 3-4 times before throwing it away or adding it to your compost pile. Likewise, for best results clean all removable parts as soon as you’re done juicing. The plunger, top lid and strainer outer sleeve clean easily with running water. The strainer is just a tad more intense. Use the included brush to FIRST gently scrub the strainer’s outer mesh under running water, then rinse the inside, then gently scrub the inside and rinse again. The entire cleaning process takes less than 5 minutes. Some folks recommend soaking items in water if you cannot clean them until later - I agree. As for the sound - it’s pretty darn loud. 90 decibels just to start the machine and up to 100 dB depending on what hard fruit/veg you are juicing. However, like I mentioned earlier - juicing takes under a minute. What? What did you say??? Refrigerator Humming - 40 dB Vacuum Cleaner - 70 dB Garbage Disposal - 80 dB HB Juicer - 90 dB Chain Saw - 110 dB Jet Engine - 140 dB Godzilla screaming after stubbing toe - 260 dB

Very Good Juicer!
Years ago I bought a model like this. I think it was 400 watts perhaps. This one has way more power to it. But first, a few things. Most of them good. The payload comes very well packaged, with a minimum of non recycleable parts. Tape, some plastic, nothing major. Most of it's cardboard, or paperbox. Just a little bit of tape and the plastic to toss (which was minimal) and the rest went into the recycle bin. 2 thumbs up for giving us a nearly totally recycleable shipping package. Unfortunately, since this is Pandemic, there's no where to take the plastic film, but that's the way it is right now. The machine was pretty easy to take apart, clean, and reassemble for first use. With it assembled I expected it to at least perform like the old 400w one, and hopefully better. I wasn't at all surprised when it started up with authority. It's not bad, but if you have sensitive ears, it may give you a headache as you plow through yer 10 lbs of tomatoes. I wouldn't use it at say 1am if you have thin walls and live in an apt. building. They'll hear it lol. But it very quickly dispatched the 3 lbs of tomatoes in just a few minutes. There was not a lot of regrinding to do either. Just a couple times around to get it all. All in all, it did much better then the 400w model I had. 800w makes a huge difference. Go for the power. I next juiced up some oranges. It also made quick work of them. There's some foam, but that's common. You just stir it is all. No big deal. I tried carrots since I had some, and some bananas. The carrots it mostly just turned into a chunky slurry, with very little juice, and the bananas it just mostly mushed. But that wasn't entirely unexpected. Overall, it did a great job. Now for the bad news. No juice cup. That's a fairly moderate inconvenience as you search for the right glass that fits. They included a cleaning tool, which was a God send for my sponges. I knocked off a star for a lack of a juice cup, since they did include a cleaning tool. If they can do that, they can add a juice cup I think. Clean up was pretty quick. That cleaning tool is very handy. No more destroyed sponges. Overall, the juicer is an excellent buy. Just keep in mind, there's no juice cup in this model.

Money well spent.
Does exactly what it's supposed to do, and does it very well. Considering the quality, price, and functionality... It deserves every bit of 5 stars. It is a tad loud, as others have mentioned, and it will jump a bit from the torque when you first turn it on (so hold it for 2 seconds), but otherwise it's a fantastic device. ~Juice Production: 4/5, I'm sure the slow, crushing (~$300) juicers get more, but this thing puts out a ton of juice per item. ~Quality of materials: 5/5, Yea, it's plastic, but it holds up great and is super easy to clean. Which brings me to... ~Ease of Cleaning: 5/5. Everything that gets dirty can be detached and rinses away effortlessly. The metal sifter can be gently, and effortlessly, cleaned with the included brush. If you clean it AS SOON AS YOU'RE DONE, which you're directed to do by the manual anyways, it really is pretty easy. Final Rating Thoughts: This juicer preforms way above what is expected for the cost. I'd recommend it to anyone. Other Thoughts: When I juice, I put a grocery bag (I save mine, a lot of households do) into the pulp bin to catch everything that isn't juice. This makes cleanup a LOT easier. Just unhook, scrape anything off of the lid of the juicer into the bag, and then tie and toss it (or turn into casserole, chewy bars, compost it, etc.) I toss mine currently, as I do not have a garden, and am on a juice fast. If you actually read and follow the manual, you're going to enjoy using this juicer. PUT a plastic bag in the pulp bin before use. CLEAN the machine as soon as you're done using it before everything dries on. BE gentle with the metal sifter, clean it gently with the included brush. DON'T start the machine with something already in it. Etc. Etc. Etc Other Other Thoughts: I'm doing a juice fast, nothing but fresh produce, vegetables and fruit, for as long as I can stand it. I'm 24 years old, 5'10", and started at 280 pounds. I have always been extremely unhealthy, never eaten what's important for my body, and shoveled in manufactured foods from everywhere but the fresh produce or even the meat section. I'm a normal as s*** every day guy, I work 40 a week, and play video games and study for certs in my spare time. I'm not a "hippie" or a "naturalist"... I'm a guy who in just 3 days is feeling better than he ever has and has already dropped 5 pounds. If you have ANY interest in this, check out "Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead 2" on Netflix. This is the first "diet" I've ever felt good about, and the first time I've actually lost weight. Removing carbs, "going gluten free", counting calories... It's never worked for me and left me lacking any energy to exercise. That only happened the first day since juicing. My energy on day 2 was consistent all day, I went for a long walk, worked my eight hours, and woke up today feeling fantastic. Still feeling BETTER THAN EVER.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Juicer – Fresh Juice Every Day!
I absolutely love this juicer! It works really well and extracts a lot of juice from fruits and vegetables, leaving very little pulp behind. The juice comes out fresh, smooth, and full of flavor.

Great little juicer for the price
I've had this juicer for a year, and have definitely put it through its paces. I juice regularly, including several week-long sessions of juicing for 2-3 people with no other foods. When I juice like that I tend to make up all of the juices for the week in a huge batch and freeze them--so I am running this juicer for 2-3 hours at a time with no break. Because of that I think I can speak pretty confidently of this juicer's abilities. Is this a high end, top of the line juicer? No. But I know people with the $300 juicers, and I am satisfied with this one. It extracts pretty similar amounts of juice as does theirs, and the cleaning is pretty much the same process. One day I might upgrade, but until then, this is the juicer I recommend to people who are curious and want to try juicing without a large investment at the front. Pros: the wide mouth chute is fantastic, it means less prep time beforehand. The mesh basket is fairly easy to clean, provided you clean it right away. It can handle making 30-40 juices all in one setting, which speaks volumes to me. I juice hard veggies, soft veggies, wheatgrass, spinach and everything in between with this. Cons: It is loud, but then, so are most juicers. It does have a tendency to "walk" during use, so I place it on a riser made from trivets, which solves the issue. It can get bunched up if you try to shove too much down the chute all at once. If it starts slowing down while extracting, turn it off, remove the chute and re-feed the items slowly, one at a time. Tips: place softer or leafier items, like spinach, wheatgrass, kale, etc between harder fruits or veggies while feeding it down the chute.I like to cut an apple in half and place the greens between the apple halves, which seems to help the juicer process them. You'll get more green from your leafy greens that way. Also, if juicing in large batches, rinse the mesh basket quickly between juices--you'll get more juice in subsequent juices that way. While others suggest lining the bin with a grocery bag, I don't recommend that. I find it makes the seal loose and you can end up with pulp coming between those spaces. All in all, for most users, this is a decent machine. If you're investing long-term and want something for serious juicing, then yes, I'd suggest you look at the bigger machines. When this one dies I will upgrade myself. But for the casual or beginning juicer, this is a great starter machine. It gives you a good chance to try juicing out and see if it is a good fit for you. And by the time this one is ready for an upgrade, you will be ready to move up too.

Good Budget Juicer, But Leaves a Lot of Juice in the Pulp
I purchased this juicer in 2024 but didn’t actually use it until last month when I started a small juice business. Overall, it works as intended and, for the price, it gets the job done. However, after using it for larger batches, I noticed a few limitations that are worth mentioning. My biggest concern is the juice yield, particularly with pineapples. The first time I used the machine, I juiced several pineapples and assumed the output was normal. When I went to discard the pulp, I noticed it felt unusually wet but didn’t think much of it. The second time I juiced pineapples for an order, I decided to strain the pulp through a cheesecloth before throwing it away. That was when I realized just how much juice was still trapped in the pulp. To give some perspective, I got about 4.5 liters of juice directly from juicing five large pineapples, then recovered an additional ~4 liters simply by squeezing the pulp through a cheesecloth. Had I not strained it, all of that juice would have gone to waste. In fact, I initially overestimated how many pineapples I needed for my recipes because I was using the machine’s direct output from my first batch as my baseline. Interestingly, I didn’t experience the same issue with high-moisture fruits like watermelon and oranges. The machine separated the juice and pulp much more effectively, and there was very little additional juice left in the pulp after straining. Another downside is that the juicing process can be a bit messy. I experienced some leakage around the machine during use, although I’m not sure whether that is a design issue or specific to my unit. Overall, this juicer is fine for occasional home use and offers reasonable value for the price. However, if you juice frequently or are making juice on a small-business scale, the lower juice output can result in wasted produce, extra labor, and longer processing times. I’ll be upgrading to a higher-end juicer for that reason, but I wanted to share my experience so others can make an informed decision.

I Love the Hamilton Beach 67601A Big Mouth Juice Extractor (Updated)
Like everything that I get from Amazon, I bought this Juicer on my own accord and nobody has paid me to give this review. The Long and short of it is that I love this Juicer. The Hamilton Beach 67601A Big Mouth Juice Extractor arrived already assembled inside the box. All I did was remove the plastic and little cardboard pieces that protected the sides and certain parts of the unit. The box contained the Juicer, a Manual, and a cleaning brush. On page 4 of the Manual, it shows and lists the parts & features of the unit. This particular model does not come with a Juice Cup (at least mine didn't) (which is not a problem at all). So, once you receive your order, remember to check if you have everything you need to operate the Juicer. I went ahead and washed the parts that can be washed, and wiped the rest that I couldn't wash. The Juicer is very easy to put together as it is to take apart (for cleaning). The motor is very strong. I was able to feed into the chute fruits & vegetables with the Food Pusher with no problem. What really impressed me is the amount of juice it is able to extract from the produce. The juice was smooth, no tiny seeds or particles or remnants of the produce in the juice that came out of the Juice Spout--which is what I expect from a juicer. There's some fizz, but if you stir the juice, it easily incorporates. The unit is very easy to clean. The cleaning brush that came with it was very useful when cleaning the Stainless Steel Micro-Mesh Strainer Basket; but you can also use an old toothbrush. I say this because an old toothbrush has softer bristles than the (free) cleaning brush that came with the Juicer. I used the cleaning brush today, but will use an old toothbrush moving forward. The washable parts of the unit can be cleaned very easily by running it under the faucet (that's what I did), and wiping the non-washable parts with a wet, soapy, paper towel to soften any sticky residue, then wiping it again with just a wet paper towel to remove the soap. The Manual states that the washable parts are dishwasher-safe, so you can do that, too, if you like. I am attaching some photos to show the following: (1) that there are no broken parts; (2) that the unit came complete with all its parts and already assembled; (3) that it is easy to take-a-part and clean, and then easy to put back together; and (4) the first couple of juices I made from whatever I have in the fridge. The pitcher contains 3/4 of a cantaloupe; and the large mason jar contains one regularly-sized Fuji apple and six large ripe strawberries. They were delicious! :-) Update: I made a Banana & Strawberry juice, and found that while it did extract juice from the bananas, there was left-over pulp from the it. I think this juicer can be "pulp-y" if softer produce is used. I'll find out as I try-on recipes from the books that I got, and will let you guys know. At any rate, I still love it. I hope this helps anybody who is in the market for an easy-to-use, easy-to-clean, strong/powerful juicer that extracts a lot of juices.

Not right voltage!!!
This was supposed to be 220. It is only 110. Because of the holidays we opened it after 3 weeks and now we are stuck with a juicer that we and no one in this are of the world can use.
