Product works as advertised. However, when aerating a bottle of wine, one does need to pour off roughly a glass, so that the bubbles from the aeration don't overflow the bottle. I thought this an inconvenience, especially since you now would have to aerate the glass of liquid you poured off before the entire bottle has been aerated.

Excellent.... but pour a little in a glass before you start. It really does aerate very well. I had an old one from a different maker for yrs and this ine is even better. In yrs its about the same amount of cash. If this one lasts like my old one , I'm happy.

Works well as an aerator. Be sure you either pour a little wine out of the bottle prior to using tool OR squeeze VERY slowly to aerate a whole bottle. If you squeeze too fast the wine will spray out the top of the bottle. We gave two of these as gifts and received favorable comments.Would recommend this item for wine drinkers.

Absolutely LOVE this aerator!!!! Works beautifully in a single glass or in an entire bottle. Improves the taste of your wine immediately. Plus its kinda fun to use. I prefer these over the aerators that pour the wine to aerate. Makes a great gift for the wine lover in your life. Highly recommend. The only things I could suggest is that is came with a stand. It is long so storing it is a bit of a pain. Otherwise awesome!!

This aerator is a huge improvement relative to the Vinturi, my previous aerator. For starters it is much simpler - no mess as a result of pouring through the Vinturi, no need to clean the Vinturi when wine sediment builds up on the device or the base. The Aermate shaft simply needs a quick rinse following a dip in either bottle or glass.As to the Aermate's ability to aerate, the system is flawless. I love the slick operation of it; one squeeze of the bulb and bubbles instantly appear throughout the bottle (or glass) signaling a well-aerated beverage. Pump to taste and enjoy. What could be easier?

Franzia wines are pretty terrible. Their Cabernet is too dry and oaky their Chillable Red is too sweet. BUT! if you buy one of each and mix them to your preference they are much, much better. And I don't know how or why but this aerator some how makes a glass taste even better.I once bought a box of Franzia dark red blend. It was so terrible I threw the box away. Not even this aerator could save that mess.
