All the ingredients mentioned seems promosing and usefull.yet to start it.received few days back.packing is excellent and will post its effect after few days post usages.

It’s extremely potent, have it 20-25 minutes before your workout, do a nice warmup, you will immediately notice the pump, if you are not pro please restrict yourself to half a scoop, the company recommends 1 or 2 scoops, I guess half a scoop is enough for a workout upto 1 hour, I had 1 scoop and I was feeling my adrenaline for more than 3 hours.

Edited :3rd time : A representative of Nutrija contacted me today and acknowledged the issue. Apparently due to the change in the density of the product the powder collected in the scoop has changed. They have promised to address this issue immediately.I am happy to see that the company is Honest and Responsible. Have therefore changed the rating again to 5 star.2nd time : Nutrija didn't even bother to respond to my multiple emails highliting this issue. It now makes me wonder whether this company or their products are trustworthy1st time : The scoop size is highly inaccurate. Size is mentioned as 17 gm on scoop however I have measured the quantity on digital weighing scale and the serving in 1 scoop comes to 22 gms which is approximately around 2 servings. Nutrija should have a look at this immediately because if someone takes even 1.5 scoops it will be above the recommended doseOriginal review:This is the only pre-workout in the market without and non sense fillers and perfectly dosed. This product provides no energy, strength or stamina as it claims. Better to have a cup of coffee. Waste of money!

Coming straight to the point, i took 1 scoop which was in the container! It hits strong, would recommend taking half a scoop for those who are making shift to this pre workout! It's Highly stimulating and the tingle sensations are intense! How I take it - 1 scoop and keep sipping it throughout my workout session! Good pumps and great energy boost are seen! Much better ingredient profile compare to other brands! Nothing comes close at this price range! Flavour is just ok!
