Z-CoiLZ-CoiL Heel Spur Relief Shoes: Women's Sofia Black Leather Mary Jane - Enclosed Coil

After one week the Velcro on one shoe became difficult to work with, after three months it rarely stayed attached, now it is so bad that the shoe is so loose I can barely wear it for an hour without adjusting it several times to make sure it is still attached. The other shoe is doing the exact same thing as of September.One coil clicks and is very loose but I can't figure out how to fix it.I have had other Z-Coil shoes last for years with no problems, so this is absolutely absurd that have been having so many issues with these. I don't know if I just got a bad pair or if they are all like this.

They are not as heavy and clunky as I expected. They do take a little getting used to. They are very comfortable and I haven't worn them long enough to see if that'll help my back

They exceeded all my expectations! The strap and the thin insole cause them to fit perfectly! I have a bad hip and back, and my job is patient care. These shoes are a miracle for pain relief. I do not limp and other media are sufficient. I put in 13 hour days. And, maybe best of all, they are not ugly.
