What is the height of the stroller?

Very small but my 2 1.5 year old still uses it

What is the actual height of the stroller itself?

I’m taking a guess at 2 &1/2ft…but my granddaughter is over 3ft tall and still loves it! She still even has all the doll’s accessories

can this stroller hold an 18 inch doll?

It should be able to, it is a big stroller
