I really like that It was ready right out of the box! I only had to add a couple of programs that I had to purchase but they were a cinch to add. Battery appears to work very well and I like Windows Pro. The only drawback is that it is fairly hefty. I had the next model down for work, which was smaller and lighter, and I didn’t think this one would be much different in weight but it is. I am using this one to replace the work one as my all-the-time computer. I use the docking station and it’s great. When I told the IT guy at work, he said Wow! Meaning I had gotten a great deal. Arrived right on time, too.

I haven't had this computer long but have been very happy with it so far. I bought it for business use. It primarily stays in the office but when needed, it is light enough to transport. It has a nice, large screen so it is easy to see without getting to close and works very quickly. Seems solidly built without being too bulky. Overall seems like a good computer and I am happy to recommend this product.

This was supposed to be a “new in box upgraded computer.” The item I received failed completely in the first 11 days. I had two blue screens of death within the first week and on day 11 it would no longer power on. After several hours of trying I was finally able to get it to power on long enough to remove my Microsoft Acct info and then it died again. This company charged me a $210 restocking fee for a machine that failed almost immediately. Buyer beware.

I ordered a laptop for my daughter to take to college and it came with a loose screw on the bottom of the case. We tried tightening the screw but it just spins around. When we try to unscrew it, it won't come off so now we have a loose screw that just hangs on the laptop. It seems to be working fine so It's not worth returning because I am sure they will charge a re-stocking fee plus we don't have enough time to get a new one.

Laptop came the day it was supposed to arrive. Packaging was sturdy and inside the laptop was sheltered by paper egg-crate type cradling.Set up literally to minutes as sellwr had things quite nicely arranged.The machine has been flawless in performance and I would go out of my way to purchase from them again if the need arose. Price/delivery/performance of product are all very worth the investment!

I really like this laptop. I wish it was more durable, but it's great for the price!

This computer started off okay and I only use it for school work however it will get really hot and crash. It also turns on by itself and produces an excess amount of heat preventing me from using it. Don't be a fool and get the warranty if you risk using this computer.

Used for work and surfing the web it's been working more than fine. Had trouble registering it but seller assisted quickly and solved
