Review: Product failure - The clip to attach the strings broke on first use rendering the product un useable. wrote to customer care for support. No response till date. After paying a huge price for a neck pillow not worth at all.
Review: Poor packaging, broken magnetic clasp, refund delay - Very dissapointed with the damaged product I recieved in a poor packaging unexpeected when you pay about 5000 for a neck rest... also very dissapointed with the delay in return process and with no show on pick up scheduled date. Anyway I was adamant and registered proper complain and made sure they pick up or initate my money return process. My first bad experience... the cabeau product is okay but not great as I hoped. So please be careful... 🙏🏼

**Q: Is this one better than the S3?**
A: I have not owned the S3. All I can tell you is that this one is the best I have tested. Your head will not go anywhere, your neck won't bend and you will be fresh during your trip. I usually wear it, my noise cancelling headphones and a plane blind fold, and I can sleep for hours on a comfy chair.

**Q: I have a long neck, will this support my head completely while I sleep on a plane?**
A: Yes, the Cabeau Evolution Cool neck pillow has adjustable front toggles that can be tightened to create additional head support. For people with taller or thinner necks, there are also two upper pivots you can loop the cords through to provide increased head and chin support.

**Q: Will this work with them Bose Quietcomfort over ear headsets?**
A: For most people, yes. The Evolution Cool was specifically designed with curved sections on each side to allow for wearing over-the-ear headphones. If you have a shorter neck, then wearing headphones with any travel pillow could be more problematic.

It has barely any structural support to hold your neck up. It's so irritating to wear as a result. It really affects your ability to wear wireless blue tooth headphones.
