How is the sweetness and salty taste compare to Kikkoman?

This is more sweeter than kikkoman with some salt and thicker in consistency than kikkoman

Why did the taste change? This used to be thicker and taste so much better. It was less salty.

This is my first bottle. Try contacting the manufacturer. Changes also happen with storage at different temperatures.
