These doggie diapers are well designed. There is plenty of velcro for securing, if the length is close to your dog's circumference. However, the chart showing the lengths of the various sizes has an error. The large size shows a total diaper length of 17.5", but the actual length is 16". I have ordered the large size twice, and both times the length was 16". There is some wiggle room by overlapping the velcro more or less. Using a thicker or thinner pad can also help tweak the fit. Otherwise they are good. They are thin, so they don't absorb much liquid in case of a leak, making them easy to hand wash

I ordered a large for my 10 pound Chihuahua mix and it fits him snuggly. I'm thinking that I probably could've ordered an XL and just have the Velcro overlap a bit. I bought these because he just started marking in the house and he's about to turn 11 years old. He has had a few accidents with the bellyband on but not daily as he was before. The first time I just put a pantiliner in the bellyband and he peed through both. He now has to wear maxi pads in his bellyband but those absorb all of the pee. I do love that there's four because every time he soils one it has to go in the wash. They wash up nicely but I would suggest putting them in a bag that you would use for delicates or sweaters when washing because the Velcro will stick to everything.He actually hasn't been marking regularly for the past week so fingers crossed this will break him of the habit. The patterns are so adorable and that just makes it cuter when he has to wear a male diaper!!

This is a great product! It works perfectly for my little 16 year-old Maltese. It's very soft & well made. It must be comfortable, because he hasn't protested at all about having it on. Will definitely save my carpet! The patterns are cute, too.I don't use it with any kind of pad inserted (although it's designed so that you can)- just having the band on stops him from going potty in the house. I mention this because, based on the measurements, I originally purchased the XL, which ended up being too big, even though his "waist" measurement is 14". So I would suggest that if your pup is right on the cusp between sizes, especially if you don't think you'll be adding a pad, to go with the smaller size. The seller was great about doing an exchange, & the L fits my little guy perfectly.

I bought these belly bands for two of my dogs. One dog needs the large and the other the extra large. However, both are about 1" too short. The extra large is too big for the smaller dog. I like the material that these are made of. They are light weight and they don't seem to irritate the skin. However, I don't understand the netting. I wouldn't put the pad under it because then it would get wet. So I put the pad on top and under the straps although they are so big that they don't actually do anything to hold the pad in. I wish they would add one more inch to both of them and then they would fit my dogs perfectly. They do come smaller than you would think. I hope the manufacturer sees this and will add the extra inch.

I have a Maltese boy someone had told me to get a belly wrap and put one around him and he would not pee on the floor or furniture I bought them a week ago sometimes I use the diaper belly wrap or a thick panty liner in thebelly wrap no more wet floors I am so so EXITED saved my insanity absolutely worth the money he doesn't even try to take them off > I know this sounds crazy it's like a swaddling wrap has tamed him down also😀

worked well for my senior male dog. I bought 2 sizes and had to move Velcro on all for them to fit. One size was too small, the other size was too large.

Cute designs and does the job needed. I ordered a large for my 5 lb, 12 oz. dog. I went by the size chart, but they are a little too big.

Works on him. I use two panty liners side by side. Can't go wrong
