Hello. The manufacturer states is that it is a Proprietary blend with other ingredients as Activated Sub-micronized Clinoptilolite Zeolite and Natural Minerals in Sterile Water.

The same as for adults as per the bottle. All colloids do not accumulate in the body, they are used or excerpted as will all minerals in an organic form.

Could use a dropper instead of the spray?

As long as you can follow the amount to take in drops instead of sprays I do not see any problem with doing so but I personally find the spray comfortable enough. Also consider that the spray allows you to calculate how long the bottle will last accurately, which for me is important as I receive it internationally and thus there is a very long shipping time.
