K-Swiss201 Classic Tennis Shoe (Infant/Toddler)

These shoes are adorable. When I found out I was pregnant with my son I wanted to try to buy some gender neutral things for my daughter that could be hand-me-downs to save money in the long run. I really wanted to like them but after wearing them once (for less than an hour) she was crying and pointing to her foot. When I got her shoes and socks off she had broken blisters on the backs of each heel. I should have thrown them away then but didn't and, upon finding them now that my son fits them, I tried them on him and same thing happened!These shoes are a bit too stiff and sturdy for their little feet!

The shoes were delivered quickly but were the wrong size. I ordered what Amazon had listed as a big kids 7W, but received an infant's 7W. I did notice that the 7W was 15.00 cheaper than the 7 medium so I thought I was getting a great deal, however, it was because Amazon has the wrong info listed. If you order thru Amazon, be sure to go to shoes.com's actual site to make sure they do have the shoe that you want. The Rep was nice, and if you have to inquire about an incorrect order, it is much better to talk to them on the phone rather than thru e-mail because you can't tell a person's mood on the net...They were very professional and friendly and patient as well. My baby was sick and started crying a few minutes after the rep started helping me and for most of the call, and because I had waited so long prior to them getting to me on the phone, I didn't want to call back. I was embarrassed, but she was patient and understanding. Anyway... I couldn't find another shoe I needed for my daughter in the right color, plenty in her size, just not in the school's mandatory color, so I'll have to return it for a refund. Or keep them for my baby...

These came quick, and they look excellent on my daughter's feet. She walks on our hardwood floors and she's walked outside on asphalt pavement with them on. She's a fairly new walker (has been walking for about 2 months) so she doesn't walk perfectly in them, but I can see her improving the more she wears them. I wouldn't recommend these for babies/tots who started walking a month ago or less.

The K-Swiss 201 Classic arrived quickly from amazon. The shoes fit perfect and seem to be true to size. For being all white shoes I worried about them getting dirty so quickly, he is 2! When he comes home from daycare I wipe them down w a damp paper towel and they look fabulous again. The only thing that isn't holding up is the red lettering on the back is starting to peel off where it says, K-Swiss, but that is minor to me :) ! Definitely worth the $$$

I bought these in a size 6 1/2 when my daughter was wearing size 6. I find that Reebok, Nike, & K-Swiss run a half size smaller or tend to be a little narrower than other tennis shoes. If a 6W was available, I would've ordered those instead. Also, they are nice shoes but the shoes strings are to get out and clean.
