Probably the most fun-shaped state in America!
I live in Idaho and I treasure my Idaho cutting board. I don’t cut on it, I have it propped up in my kitchen window. The nooks and crannies and curves of Idaho are so prominent and make this a beautiful piece for those of us who love our state of Idaho. This was not purchased for myself but for a daughter in CA who is trying so hard to move here to Idaho. It should give her hope as she looks at it every day.

Beautiful Boards Great for Wall Display!
I haven't used these as actual cutting boards. Rather, I have collected and hung them in our dining room as pieces of art! I have collected different states for each place important to our family (where we've lived, gotten married, have family roots, etc.). I put stickers on the boards to indicate the various cities most important to us. My children enjoy looking at them daily. Now, if you are actually using them as cutting boards - I do believe the quality is exceptional, but I can imagine that choppin' tomatoes on Idaho would be a bit tricky because of the shape. Blame Idaho for that one !!!! One thing I have learned - The holes on these are threaded with a leather tie. Don't hang these with the tie provided as it will likely come undone (this is an extremely minor issue - I would love it if the company would include some sort of hanging mount!)

This is an absolutely beautiful Idaho shaped cutting board. It's the perfect size for cutting, and serving on. It's a med/lg cutting board. Size is noted when you read the description. We're giving them as gifts at our conference. They are beautiful enough to be given as gifts. It's a lower priced Idaho cutting board, I don't know why you'd buy the more expensive ones. This is a great buy! LOVE it.
