XfangWomen's Chiffon dress Halloween Cosplay Costume Blue Long Train Dress

I'm 5'3, size 4US, and I ordered the X-Small based on measurements and reviews. My actual measurements hit somewhere between S/XS, but because so many reviews mentioned that the piece ran large, I ordered the XS. The XS under-dress is slightly tight on me (the dress doesn't LOOK tight because of the overdress, but the slip-dress inside is snug), but I know that going up a size would make the dress too big. The shoulders are a little weird and loose, but the dress does come with four clear, removable straps for added security.Overall, the dress is very pretty and flattering - the belt is a little tricky to tie, but nothing terrible. While it's certainly *reminiscent* of Daenerys's Qarth dress, it looks....only vaguely like it in real life. If you're looking for a spot-on accurate cosplay dress, this may not be the choice for you. But if you're looking for a beautiful costume piece for Halloween, casual cosplay, Ren Faire, etc, this is a great choice. The quality is a lot better than what I was expecting, and I'm very happy with it!

Going off all the reviews stating it's a plus sized costume, I (5.4, 155 pounds), ordered an extra small.It was definitely a legit extra small. With a ton of wiggling I got it on, but there is absolutely no way I could get the back zipped, and you definitely can't wear a bra. The belt comes with a ribbon so you can tie it, and there's a HUGE gap in the back for me, since this is very clearly a legitimate XS costume and not plus sized as it appears everyone else got.I think I can make it work, but I did order a small (it's all that's available right now) to try, hoping that it'll fit a little bit better. Definitely keep in mind there's no telling what you're going to end up with size wise, but it IS really pretty. I think if I could actually get it in my size, it would be worth the price.

So after reading every review and going back and forth through the pictures I decided with my time crunch to order and expedite the shipping. It came WAY quicker than expected which was perfect. The reviews are correct, this is a plus sized costume. I am 5’7” 170lbs and I decided to go with the XS. Glad I did. One of the inner straps broke as soon as I tried it on which was a pain. It was still too big for my liking but luckily my mother came to visit and altered it for me! Once she did that it was perfect! We took in some fabric under each breast and then in the back she folded over and stitched. Hope that helps. She also did some stitching on the shoulders I believe. Basically if you want the dress to fit you correctly if you’re not a plus sized woman it’ll have to be altered. The belt is kind of flimsy and it’s very hard to keep it snug. I have had a few pieces break but it’s not noticeable. You’re also going to need fashion tape. I put a piece on each breast so it didn’t sag and then on each shoulder because it was still falling off. I’ve worn it twice so far. It really is a beautiful dress. Spent some time searching for a Kalessi costume for Halloween. I read SO many reviews. I liked the look of this costume the best, even though it was the most expensive. I read that this costume ran VERY large and to size down quite a bit. I am normally a M-L size, I'm 5'9 165 lbs. Based off the reviews, and against my better judgment I ordered an XS. It will work with some adjustments, but it is too small. So mad because I don't have enough time to order a different size. Assuming that they adjusted the size of the costume, since most of the reviews I read were over a year old. Super bummed 😞

This dress is so beautiful and worked perfectly for a comic convention. I bought a couple of other costumes and they didn't meet the quality of this one. I usually wear an xs, so the belt was a little big on me for the size small. Luckily you can't really tell at all, it was very comfortable, and the slip underneath fit very nicely.I did have to carry the cape for the whole convention because everyone kept stepping on it though. I'm 5'4 and the dress itself went down just about my ankles, but the cape was very long, so just be careful if you're in a crowded place so you don't get stepped on.
