The tags themselves are of good quality, and the engraving seems to be well done. In truth, they are far too large & heavy for cats, and my young kitties are practically dragging the tags along the floor with sunken heads! A smaller size option would be very useful.HOWEVER, I do not appreciate the vendor, repeatedly sending me messages, literally begging me to give him 5 star reviews, especially after I told him that it was wrong to do this. It's distasteful, and makes a mockery of the reviewing system. He did not go above and beyond his job to satisfy me. He simply made and sent the simple items that I paid him to make and send to me.

Bought this dog id recently. My dog loves it. It's a good quality product, and a very useful one too. Earlier there was a mistake in printing the phone number on the back, but the seller immediately sent another corrected id tag as soon as I told the seller about it. I really appreciate the seller for owning up to this and sending a new tag as soon as possible. Really happy with the purchase!!

Ordered this product after a lot of searching both offline and online and I am satisfied. I wanted a sturdy tag that did not break off after a while and this definitely meets that standard. I was particularly looking for a tag with a ring that was sturdy and strong and not the weak key chain ones that disfigure easily. This certainly meets halfway but I might have to replace the ring with a stronger one later. For now it looks great.The seller is also very courteous and prompt in his reply when WhatsApp. Though delivery will take 10 days but it is worth the wait rather than getting a shoddy piece from the market.

The Finish of Brass Material could be better with thicker Plate and better varnish/polishing. Compare in the photograph. The round one is hardly a month old than bone shaped a year, gloss is still there. The price difference is definitely double now. A year back was made for same cost.Although Powder for shining is given complementary but the rings provided to hang the tag is of Aluminium.One pays for everything....not upto satisfaction but its personalized hence can't do anything other than accepting it.For the price I paid, accept it but in future will pay more, get better Tag. Ultimately it is matter of hobby and luxury. Must increase cost but give better material n finish.

Throughout the process, Abbas was very helpful and understanding. He took our suggestions and customised the product exactly to our liking. The tag is made of thick stainless steel - it's light enough so that it wouldn't weigh down your pet, yet sturdy enough to withstand some rough and tumble. Excellent finishing. Great experience.

Purchased both gold and silver coloured tags for my dogs.Customer service was excellent. There was a mistake with the first tag that arrived, but they rectified the order and sent the replacement.Quality of the tag itself is very good. The ring to attach it to the collar isn’t as sturdy. It loses its shape after four to five times of removing and putting it back on. That isn’t a very big issue for me, as there are a few unused key rings with me.The etching quality is good as well. The name and numbers are quite visible.

It is just lovely. The size is perfect! Liyah (my 9 months old female Labrador) just loves it.Yes, she did fuss with it for the first few minutes, but then she started liking it, she wouldn't let me take it off!The product is tough and sturdy. Found this after looking at very many other tags. But I’m glad I went ahead with this one. I received the product as promised. The quality of the tag and the engraving is good. Multiple cute designs to choose from. The Seller was very responsive, and prompt in replying to queries. Even sent a picture of the finished product before dispatch. Was happy that there was adequate space to get all details on the tag. Would recommend to others.
