Remove bad: ozone is especially good at this point, it can easily decompose the substances that cause, and revert them to water and oxygen. 2. All-Purpose UVC lamp: can use for bedroom, quilt, pillow, bath towel, bathroom, toilet, kitchen, HVAC duct, etc. 3. clean: dirty is the chief culprit in causing discomfort to the human body, it is very necessary to use this UVC bulb twice a week . How to use: 4.Goods surface: ( 5 minutes once ). put goods within 4 ft of the light, such as cups, bottles, toothbrushes, shaver, cell phones, keyboards, clothes... 5.Small space: ( 5 minutes once ). 50 sq.ft. as shoe cabinet, drawer, toy box, wardrobe. 6.Small room: (15 minutes once ). 200 sq.ft. such as closet, dog/chicken house, toilet, storage room. 7.Larger room: (15-60 minutes once ). 400 sq.ft. kitchen, living room, bedroom.... The higher the temperature, the better the ventilation, the faster the ozone disappears. So it is recommended to open the door and window after turn off the bulb to speed up the disappearance of ozone..) . The Warning when use this bulb: Don't look at the working bulb. People/pet/plant can't be exposed to the UVC light, must left room when lamp work. after turn off light, keep room ventilating or waiting 40-90 minutes.

Review: It does produce ozone, Fresh medium sized room. - I have used this lamp a few times at 30-40 minute bursts for a medium sized room. So far the lamp has not failed as mentioned by other reviewers. I will update my review if or when it does. This lamp is 20w, I don't suggest trying for the 35w one, especially if you have to manually turn the light off and on. Consider getting a timer, or other automation device. I suggest this because the seller does not make it clear enough that UVC is damaging to skin and DNA, and the ozone produced can chemically react in your lungs. I assume its okay to expose yourself for a couple seconds, but I don't suggest taking deep breaths of ozone, just incase you like the smell, like how some people love the smell of petrol. the light switches are typically by the door, I leave the room, and flip the switch with my eyes closed. I also leave my fan and air filter running. when it is time to turn it off, I close my eyes, and hold my breath in order to not inhale the ozone. You can leave the room sealed, but it will take at least an hour for the ozone to dissipate. Or you can can hold your breath while you open any windows, and this will speed up the process. To summarize, this bulb does what it says. It produces UVC light, and it does produce ozone. I have not seen it kill any spiders, and I don't know if it can kill mites. but I do know once you have used the light for 30-60 minutes, and aired out the room. The room does smell fresh.
Review: Fantastic!! Be careful of breathing in the Ozone! - Be careful using this light, it produces Ozone which can damage lungs - but it is fantastic at killing bacteria, mold, smells. Whenever I get a whiff of dampness - I close off the room and turn this bulb on remotely for an hour, then air for a few hours. Yes it does smell at first - however all the bacteria / mould etc in the room will be gone! I do each room every month or so.

**Q: What is the wave length of this UVC bulb emitting?**
A: UVC 200 -280nm and this bulb is extremely efficient.

**Q: Should i keep door and windows closed while i am using the lamp? then wait 40 min and enter to open the window? tight ?**
A: By all means keep doors & windows closed whilst its ON - but when you re enter, OPEN them and ventilate for .. Quite some time, before using the room

Do NOT 'get used to the smell' Ozone is highly reactive and real bad for you!
Of course its ALSO real bad for microbes - thats kinda the point ;)

**Q: Does it need ballast?**
A: No Ballast is not required it just screws into a light socket. Please use with great care it throws out tons of harmful UV light and creates masses of ozone. This is an awesome lamp, but must be used with great care. I have 4.

**Q: Does  it kill bed bugs**
A: the smell of ozone is definitely in the air after even 15 min, strong ozone, so I do believe once you leave your bed undone it reaches bed bugs too

I have used this lamp a few times at 30-40 minute bursts for a medium sized room. So far the lamp has not failed as mentioned by other reviewers. I will update my review if or when it does. This lamp is 20w, I don't suggest trying for the 35w one, especially if you have to manually turn the light off and on. Consider getting a timer, or other automation device. Be careful using this light, it produces Ozone which can damage lungs - but it is fantastic at killing bacteria, mold, smells. Whenever I get a whiff of dampness - I close off the room and turn this bulb on remotely for an hour, then air for a few hours. Yes it does smell at first - however all the bacteria / mould etc in the room will be gone! I do each room every month or so.

This UV-C germicidal lamp is very good value for money. It gives out around 25W of light and is very powerful. The frequency of UV light sits right on the middle of the UV-C band, giving a clinically clean feel to any room. Always ensure that you air out the treated room for 20 minutes after treatment in order to allow all O-Zone gasses to dissipate. Although O-zone is not harmful if inhaled, it does have a distinct odour which is mildly unpleasant.
