I have a large 3-phase well pump running on 240V. Can I use this contactor?

Yes. Perfect for well pumps. The 240V coil connects directly to pressure switches without a transformer, and the 60A rating handles high startup surges much better than standard contactors.

Will this coil work with 208V power?

Yes. The coil is rated for a voltage range of 208-240V AC. It operates perfectly on typically US commercial 3-phase voltages (208V) as well as standard 240V systems. It is designed to handle voltage fluctuations within this range without chattering.

Does this contactor support Auxiliary Contacts?

Yes. This model features standard mounting points on the side for adding auxiliary contact blocks (Snap-on type), check our SUNLEE Auxiliary switch.

Will this work for heating elements?

Yes. This contactor is rated for 60 Amps Inductive (Motors) and 75 Amps Resistive (Heating). It is an excellent choice for controlling electric heating banks in furnaces or industrial heaters that use a 240V control signal.

My old contactor buzzes/hums — will replacing it fix that?
