RIVERWELD WP-17F SR-17F TIG Welding Torch Head Body with Flexible Head 150Amp Air-Cooled | 150A Air-Cooled

I thought that this would be just a cheap torch that wouldn't last long but I needed one anyway and I could get this quick. When it arrived I was surprised at how good the torch feels in my hand and how well it performs. I had a flexible head torch but it was so stiff it was impossible to use. This, however is really well made, feels good in my hand, and the flexible head is stiff enough to make it practical but flexible enough to make it easy to manipulate. It was also a snap to replace. I've used it now for about two weeks at least daily at above 100 amps and no problems have developed. I highly recommend this product.

I must say the price scared me because it was so cheap. Needless to say it works perfect. I set it up on my yes welder 200 amp aluminum TIG welder and man. This thing works wonders. It is so crazy how a smaller torch can make your welds so much better. I just feel more comfortable holding this and it is lightweight and doesn't get in my way. I took a picture of it compared to the original one the welder came with and my MIG welder gun for a size comparison.

Good back up torch and inexpensive.

This torch definitely worth buying, works good when having to weld in uncomfortable areas.

I do mostly body panels. This is perfect. Easy to hold, nice flex in head. I am usually running between 25 40 amps and sometimes as much as 50 amps. The only issue I have had and its my own doing is I set them in a holder tyhen accidently step on the pedal. After a few times it blows through the rubber. In 3 years this is the second one I baight because I mess up.

I have a WeldPro TIG and it came with a CK17 torch. Of course parts are harder to find and more expensive for a CK17. Everything is made for a WP17. After struggling for a while I decided to see if a WP17 would swap in. It does. Only took about 5 minutes to change it. Now I can use all the easy to find WP17 parts and my welds look so much better. Do yourself a favor if you have a CK17 torch, just buy this and don't look back.

Great quality torch head.

It’s a great torch for the price, I keep a couple of these on different leads. I haven’t any issues that I didn’t cause myself, and I’m pretty hard on stuff. Welded on 130 all day long and the heads got a little “extra flexible”. My ck does the same thing. For the money it’s awesome. If I wanted a single torch to last me to the end of time I’d spend more than 13.00, you wouldn’t buy a 95 Honda Accord for $500 and expect it to go out win a nascar race. If you know what your doing it’s a great torch for the money.

Aux vus des commentaires sur ce produit, je me suis tenté à l'essayer ! Pour un Soudeur pro c'est tout simplement hors sujet. Dès le début on sent une faiblesse à la base et donc avec le temps ça casse tout simplement à cet endroit. On va dire 15 jours ! Enfin, le problème c'est qu'aucune tête flexible de qualité n'est en vente sur ce site. Dommage!

Ach ne wie schön so ein Ami Style Brenner doch ist. Euro Brenner sind gefühlt wie diese modernen roller mit Plastik Karosserie.
