Good for a Cub Cadet with a Kholer 7000
Fits the kholer 7000 series, and it filters oil. If you have a cub cadet xt series it also is short enough to clear the steering arm from contact.

Based on Google searches, I bought this Kohler engine oil filter to replace factory filter on Cub Cadet X1 / LT46 with Kohler 7000 Series V-Twin engine (with listed pn: KH-12-050-01-S). This Kohler engine oil filter is approx 3/4" longer (than factory "S" short filter) and is listed as Extra Capacity. This is what I wanted for its every 50 hours of usage service. To my surprise, this specific Kohler oil filter is 1/4" wider than factory oil filter. Its rubber gasket still seals but not by very much. Next time, I will probably buy Wix 51056 Spin-On Oil Filter. For long term "50 hours" of usage, I'm sure it filters great. Only time will tell...
