Now I can use GPS on the phone without being worried I will drain the phone battery. Both outputs will charge at a rate greater than an ampere. It is not a fast charge but it is spare power.Charging is good. It comes with a USB cable but not a wall wart (plug in power supply). I think that is a good thing. There are plenty of USB charging ports in my life. I think two of these units at (15000 mAhr) would be better than the larger type. This one does not feel like I am carrying a brick.
