Jetland French Provincial Drawer Pulls - 6-Pack, Flat Black, 3" Hole Centers, Vintage Shabby Chic Pulls for Dresser Nightstand Cabinet, PW1619076

The 2.99" description is serious. Updating an old desk that has been painted all black, I converted it to a white/gray color scheme and wanted old/vintage style handles to replace the boring minimalist black handles. These match closely to handles that are on other vintage pieces of mine, so I was thrilled to find them in the right size and a good color (gold for a touch of flare against the white/gray). The space between the screws on the desk drawers was 3" on the dot. But as I said, the 2.99" declaration was honest. I had to pull the handle to the left or right as I set each screw to force the length to fit. Not a huge deal, but just a head's up. Also, these handles do have a little bump out on the back, so they appear to " float" off the drawers if the screw hole is not recessed or wider than the screw itself. Mine were not (the original handles were flush to the drawers), but that's totally ok. I don't mind the floating effect one bit. (Picture's a bit wild and blurry, but you can kinda see the floating effect.) Happy with them overall! They're sturdy, stay in place, and do not slip. Oh! But I DID use the screws from the original handles. Like many other reviewers said, the supplied screws were too short, so do factor that in.

The pull is beautiful but it doesn’t fit my drawer

The drawer pulls are absolutely gorgeous and they blend right in with the already old French provincial pieces that I have yet to restore in my bedroom. The only problem that I am having now is that the screws that come with it do not fit appropriately so I’m going to have to make a trip to my local hardware store. That’s OK because the fact that I was able to get these drawer pulls is really all I care about. They are absolutely exquisite and add great dimension to my peace. I’ve attached a picture. Keep in mind. I am not completely done with the Up cycling of this piece, but it will give you an idea.Attached our pictures of the tap and crimper/screw cutter that you will need because you will need to buy 2 inch screws if your drawer is thick like mine. Most French provincial pieces are made that way. I would advise the company to not only send the small screws, but send larger screws as well, but keep in mind that none of the pieces are threaded so you will have to thread them yourself with the tools that I have submitted below. Great quality handles and very pretty! I purchased the 3inch antique brass.

3 stars because they look fantastic, and that saved them.That being said, I had to buy two packs to cover the amount I needed, and thank goodness I did. When it was time to put the hardware on my project, I had to spend and ungodly amount of time fitting the screws to the handles. Some screws would fit some handles, but not others. Some handles would not fit any screws at all. It's a toss-up as to if the screws aren't threaded properly, the handles aren't, or some of both.I had just enough that worked to use in each drawer. I trashed the rest because they were unusable together, so it's pointless to keep them for a future project.Side note, I did use some washers with the screws as there was a little wiggle room with these particular drawers.What I ended up with does work, and I love how they look, but I think the craftsmanship of these leaves something to be desired.

These handles are lovely and went perfect with antique desk i refinished for my mother! I absolutely love them! However be prepared to replace screws possibly. When I went to screw them on the desk I was having a hard time getting the screws all of the way in, so I thought! It turns out I’m not that observant and the screws were too long, how I missed this I don’t know! I asked my husband for help as I’m used to having issues with the final last turns on screws. Of course he noticed the issue right away and pointed out I couldn’t tighten the screws further, they were too long for the drawers width. Fortunately we had shorter screws around so it was an easy swap. I was a little surprised they didn’t come with other screws but I’m sure the size was listed and I didn’t pay attention, completely user error I just thought I’d mention it for others who may not notice a size. In the end they were very sturdy, very pretty abs my mother was thrilled with her new antique desk!
