Japanese Haiku Poems (Everyman's Library POCKET POETS)

If this selection represents the art of Haiku, then its content was assembled hastily and without concern for the 5X7X5 format generally accepted as Haiku. The examples must have been hastily assembled, and so I will give this book to the local library, for it did not whet my curiosity about the form, regardless of its practicioners.

Beautifully produced book, with classic poems and modern "found" haiku. A please to have in the hands!
