Has nearly every vitamin, and package came a lot sooner then expected. Pills aren’t that bad to swallow for there size, but definitely legit. Great for before or after workouts especially with food for digestion. I can feel an improvement in energy almost immediately both mind and body. 10/10 definitely recommend but I wouldn’t take more then 1 a day.As for negatives I noticed it can cause diarrhea and dehydration, another reason I would only take 1 a day

Vitamins seem to work great, didn’t realize that you take 3 at a time so 240 only last you 80 days. Beware though, you’ll have neon yellow/green pee that looks like a fresh energy drink!

I've been taking ON Multi for several years now and its easily my favorite Multi-Vitamin. I do not have any issues swallowing the capsules as some do. Vitamins are potent and work very well.
