Isn't this the "juice" that is "5o% real juice meaning the other half is garbage/sugar/h2o.... maybe i am thinking of another brand

Yes. First ingredient is water. It is 50% water and 50% juice. Hence; "half the sugar". Products like this prey on uninformed consumers so spread the word and do not buy!!

Are these pouches recyclable?

Yes. It says on the box that you can recycle the pouch and straw via TerraCycle. They give you free shipping labels and you can ship your used pouches out to them, and they are repurposed into things like backpacks and bike racks.

Do you have to refrigerate?

No, these don't have to be refrigerated prior to opening.

Can I see the nutrition label?

Yes! You can find the nutritional information at https://www.honesttea.com/blog/products/appley-ever-after/
