Finches Favorite 3 Tube Finch Thistle Seed Bird Feeder Cooper 2pcs

Large waves of hungry goldfinches come through our yard in the winter and spring. It is a thrill to see so many feeding together. They like this feeder. It can be disassembled for cleaning, when needed. it is not the sturdiest feeder I own, but handled with care I'm sure it will last several seasons. The metal parts are thin, copper colored, it does not seem like actual copper. I was expecting something a bit more authentic, more decorative, so minus one star for that disappointment. The birds could care less, they love it, it gets the job done. I bought this to replace a similar model that we used for many years before it was burned up in a garage fire. I'm glad these are still made! Happy birds, happy me.

The plastic on this is superthin. All the top caps arrived with dents in the top, that's how thin they are. I almost guarantee the copper will fade off by winter. Also, the bottom rung is completely useless for the birds (see pic). For over $50, this is a disappointment.

Very cheaply made and the lids won't stay on. It only lasted 2 months before it blew off the hanger and ended up in the trash!

You will have more finches than you ever dreamed of with this feeder; they don't care if it is plastic of cheaply made..but don't pay this price!! It is in copper (which is more durable than the red plastic) for $44.00 at Walmart - be sure to use Feeder Fresh at the bottom and you will be able to survive several rain storms without cleaning. I have used this feeder for over 10 years and won't use anything else for the finches - they DO love it! But no one should pay this ridiculous price for it!
