I replaced the bulb in my light, but my light still wouldn't work so I figured i needed a new ballast. The old ballast was part# KTEB-2C54PS-1-TP-WS which is no longer available. I contacted Keystone and they said that this is the ballast that replaces that one. Sure enough, my light works again!

As usual, this item arrived promptly. It was easy to install, lights the two circline bulbs instantly, and is still working approximately eight years after I installed it.

Besides a small delivery issue, due to delivery company, and a couple small cosmetic imperfections that most likely happened during shipping, the ballast works fine and easy to install. The price was great, great value! I would recommended.

After having replaced both bulbs in my dual Circline kitchen light fixture, it still didn't seem as bright as I expected, so I ordered this electronic ballast & replaced the original heavy magnetic one & WOW!....now it's nice & bright with no flickering, no hum, & it starts instantly; This ballast made all the difference in the world & the install couldn' t have been simpler: it fit right in place of the old one using the same mounting screws...I was able to remove the old one & install this new one without even having to remove the light fixture from the ceiling. Super Satisfied!!

A bad ballast in one of the three circline fixtures in our laundry room was driving us bonkers. Even shopped a big box store for LED replacement fixtures, but their combined output hardly even equalled that of of one of the circlines (about 4000 lumens - BRIGHT!). Since we don't burn these lights very much, buying new fixtures plus installation and repainting the ceiling would have meant a very long - if ever - pay back period, with no gain. Bought three of these replacement ballasts for less than $25, and had a professional electrician install one in each fixture. Result - WOW .... all were brighter than before, instant-on, no buzzing, no flickering, just pure cool white light. Good investment! PS: All the old Magnetek brand ballasts had a manufacture date of 9/1990 - installed 1991. Not bad to get almost 25 years' service from one, and other two going strong. 2 YEAR UPDATE -- SINCE INSTALLING THESE BALLASTS, HAVE NOT HAD TO REPLACE TUBES - THE OLD BALLASTS ATE 'EM UP AFTER LESS THAN A YEAR.
