Good overall Chia Seeds
Bought these Chai Seeds to put into my oatmeal for breakfast. Haven't really noticed any real benefit but the Chia seeds are suppose to be high in protein and contain lots of antioxidant oils, which are suppose to be great for the body. I plan to try the seeds in smoothies and some other dishes. 1 pound seems to go along way.

We first discovered chia seeds in the book Born to Run(a great book). We know use chia seeds in our smoothies most days of the week. Amazon is a great place to purchase-most economical. Soak the seeds, get dressed, finish adding fruits and veggies--vitamix them all together and viola--an extremely nourishing meal!
