Review: Thought I might have pneumonia, after using this product - I've had asthma for years and tried everything under the sun, looking for a cure. I was hopeful this was it but not for me. These are inexpensive remedies but don't expect immediate results. I was on 1 pill per day for 3 months before I noticed significant releif.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Natural Alternative

Although it cannot and should not replace a rescue inhaler for asthma sufferes, it is naature's way of reducing one's dependcy on medication with daily use. The salt does reduce inflammation and promotes healing of air passages. And I find it to be soothing - like spending some time at the beach. Explains why I always preferred beach vacations in Mexico or the Caribean, as opposed to skiing in Vermont or New Hampshire!
