Redken Volume Maximizer Thickening Spray – Weightless Volumizing Spray For All Hair Types, Adds Flexible Volume and Body, For Thicker-Looking Hair

This does what it’s supposed to—it adds noticeable volume and lift for all hair types. However, it makes my hair feel a bit sticky and less soft, so I’m not sure I love the overall texture. Good for quick thickening and styling, just wish my hair felt smoother afterward.

I’ve used it once. So far so good. Ignore directions on product. Spray into your hands and apply to damp hair for good results. Then blow dry. Smells great.

It works for making volume. I expected I can spray it onto hair but I couldn’t. It has oil consistency and you need to get it onto hands and then to the hair.

I cannot believe this is a Redkin product. What a massive waste of money. It comes out in a stream not a mist, leaving a very splotchy application on hair. Don’t get it near your roots as it will burn your scalp and dry into hard clumps of hair. The rest of the hair was stiff and actually crunchy, some breakage when attempting to comb through the horrible mess. This is the nastiest hair product ever with an unbelievably high price. I threw it away. Worst product I have ever purchased in my entire life and makes me quite unlikely to buy a Redkin product again.

I like anything redkin this is good but I like the mouse more

This product has really helped. My once beautiful head of hair is thinning badly to a 100lb weight loss and glp-1 shots. Also now have very low iron. My hairdresser told me about this and it really seems to help. I can now at least style to cover thinning areas and it is not greasy at all. I use this every time I wash my hair!

One of the best hair thickeners I have tried. Paired with Redken root left spray and hairspray, my hair feels thick and full. I can also go 3 to 4 days without washing it, it used to feel greasy the second day, but now this texture allows me to go much longer

OK Redkin this sprayer is trash BUT the product is good! I have fine hair and have a lot of it. I used my usual root boost because I didn't want to test this out of the roots quite yet. I did although spray it on my mids and my hair looks nice and thick. I blew our my hair into a smooth blow out with curl at the ends and my hair looks nice and thick.

The product is thick and doesn't spray well from the bottle. I bought a trigger bottle and watered the product down, it now sprays perfectly and I almost double the product. Works well on my superfine hair.
