GREAT headunit for the Price!
I had this head unit installed in my 2017 Jeep Wrangler. I had a pretty expensive Insane Audio head unit it that was previously installed but it only supported Android and I have an Iphone so it didn't support blue tooth when talking or some other features so I wanted to replace it with something IOS supported. I did order a wiring harness that supported my vehicle because I have a system in my jeep. The guy that did the install said that it was pretty easy to install with no difficulties. The only complaint that I would have which isn't much of a complaint is that I wish this unit had the volume knob. Trying to adjust the volume up (or down) is a challenge while driving. After reading other reviews I noticed that I could contact customer support to get my personal pics added and a custom logo for my Jeep. I emailed them, sent them 2 pics and asked for the jeep logo. They sent the file back to me Asap along with the latest software upgrade. Downloading the files into my head unit was very simple. The unit I bought came with a back up camera that has a crystal clear screen, a manual equalizer so that I can adjust my sound system, Apple car play, which I love for my GPS, Touchscreen which works great without having to press it with authority. Since the head unit doesn't have a volume knob, I do LOVE the remote, it allows me to be able to get the volume down or up quicker than using the touchscreen. I will be ordering a lapel mic bc people are having a hard time hearing me but that is bc I have a soft top of my jeep and loud rock climbing tires so tire noise along with wind noise is drowning me out which has nothing to do with the head unit of course. As far as the product is concerned, you can’t beat the quality of the touch screen convenience for an affordable price. I bought this unit around Thanksgiving and paid $99 with the coupon. It’s functional and easy to use, I am impressed with the clear view and quality of the product over all. No complaints so far, would def recommend to others.

good for the price and good customer service via email
Overall I am happy with this purchase. I waited until the firmware update to see if it resolved a few issues I had with the product, one of which it did. One of the reasons I settled on this unit was that someone had previously reviewed the unit and included pictures of it in his truck, which is pretty much the same truck I was putting it in, and it fit nicely without additional trim pieces. Installation isn't a piece of cake, but that's mostly unavoidable because it took awhile to sort out the wiring from the oem plug and to modify the included brackets to fit my situation, then to get it flush and centered nicely in the dash.Pros: works well, connected to android phone easily (Blue tooth and android auto), easy to navigate through menus and I emailed customer service as is recommended in the packaging, to get the firmware updates and a GMC logo boot screen. The next day they emailed me back with the file links and easy to follow instructions.after the update, it did fix that I was unable to be in any android auto apps (like maps) and also listen to the radio. The only music that was available while in AA mode was through whatever music app was on the phone.Cons: My main issue is the phone call quality either in blue tooth mode or AA mode. it's very difficult to hear the conversation clearly without the volume up quite a bit higher than it would be while listening to music or maps. I was hoping the firmware might fix this, but it didn't. People have said they can hear me fairly well, but not so much on my end. Also, I didn't think I would care, but not having an actual volume knob is sort of a pain.I gave four out of five stars because of the phone call thing, otherwise this would have been a five star review.Update: after having and using the unit for a couple weeks, I've changed my review to 5 stars. This is because the call clarity has improved for some unknown reason. I can't fault them for not having a volume knob as I knew that going in. If it had one though, I'd give it 6 stars.

I wanted to like it
The media could not be loaded. Long story short, save your money a little bit longer and buy something from reputable brand.I’m including a video highlighting the biggest issue that I have with this stereo. There is a loud noticeable hiss coming from the radio when powered on. I did some troubleshooting switched wires around from left channel to right channel and it is in fact coming from the head unit. The video will show the noticeable hiss, I power off the unit that goes away and you’ll hear that the hiss returns when I power it back on.Pros:Installation was straightforward fairly simple. It is shallow and seems to be made of decent quality. It has Apple Pay, if you connect the USB, and at this price point, that’s pretty good.Cons:The USB to connect to Apple Pay is on the front of the device which gets in the way of pressing the buttons sometimes. The screen is not very responsive.Steering wheel control integration/compatibility is terrible, and I’m using a very expensive aftermarket steering wheel control that was more expensive than the radio!Sometimes, when I press the volume up button, it turns the volume all the way up!All of the above items I can live with, but the consistent hiss that the radio produces is why I am throwing it in the trash and replacing the radio with something else.
