It fits well on my pinky which is an adult size 4, that's without adjusting it. I squeezed it a little so there's no gap between the pearls, but I like it with the gap also. It's a unique design, smaller than it looks in the seller's photo, but a satisfying size. The gold rope is elegant and the pearls have a soft sheen to them. Really nice, and very giftable for a girl as some have mentioned.
