Bought because those darn squirrels wouldn’t stop! East to instal and works great, squirrels haven’t been able to get to the seed!

It’s a bit pricey but we’ve tried cheaper plastic baffles before and the squirrels just chew through them. As this is steel that’s not going to happen. The quality looks good too so it should last a few years before succumbing to rust. In fact, the bird feeder will probably rust away before the baffle does.Not actually seen any squirrels trying to get past it but I caught sight of one coming back down the pole after obviously failing to get to the bird seed and I’ve heard it rattle a few times which was no doubt other squirrel failures.

Fits on my existing feeder without any problem. Excellent for the purpose.

Had problems with chipmunks getting into the bird feeder. Had to do a minor tweek to mount it to a fence post the feeders’s mounted on but easy installation, looks nice and keeps the evil creatures out.

I installed a bird feeding station in my garden, and pretty soon squirrels were causing havok and rampage all over the place. I tried oiling the pole with some olive oil, no good, the squirrels figured out they could just lick off the oil. I tried installing the feeders up higher, no good, the squirrels could still reach them.So I bought this "skirt" as I like to call it, and I haven't had one single squirrel even TRY to reach the feeders.It's very easy to install. CAREFUL HERE! The important bit is to trust the manufacturer. You first install a clamp onto the pole, and then you put the skirt OVER it. So it balances. I think this is also an anti-squirrel measure because if the squirrels try to grab onto the skirt, it just wobbles and balances out. Do not try to install it in other ways, this is the most effective, if a bit counterintuitive at first.Highly recommended!
