Perfect for music in the car without allowing data mining of phone by auto manufacturers
Instead of pairing my phone to my car and letting the auto manufactuerer mine my phone for sensitive information which they can and do sell, I now use this sweet little USB drive to take my music along when I drive. Sound quality is great and the car’s system has no problem whatsoever navigating the files in the drive. I’m fine with pulling over and parking to make a call and whoever calls me while I’m driving can leave a voice mail. Seriously, if you’re not already aware of how automobile manufacturers are data mining everything on phones paired to an automobile, do a web search on auto manufacturers collecting private data.

If you have a Yukon buy this
Use this in my Yukon to record while driving. Love that it’s low profile and I don’t see it

Does the job
I had to find a 3.0 version for my Chevy Volt because 3.1 and higher aren't recognized. When I received it, it was preformatted in ExFAT, which my car couldn't see, so I reformatted it into NTSF it works perfectly. The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is because I don't know how long it will last. But since it will just sit in my car, I'm hoping to get a long life from it.

Amazing Technology, Highly Recommend!!!
All I can say is WOW! The amount of storage this tiny USB flash drive has is astonishing. The small size makes it an excellent choice for installation in my truck and car, you can hardly see it in place. I store hundreds of songs on it and listen to never ending music via this drive. Just amazing technology! Highly Recommend!!!

Junk
I accidentally bought the USB 2.0 version of this drive and file transfer times were outrageously slow. Bought the 3.0 version instead and my PC wouldn't recognize the device. Tried the 2.0 one again and now it won't recognize that one either. Other drives work just fine. Don't waste your money on this.

Works perfect, quick enough on transfers, good price for value
Overall it's a good product, I like the price on it compared to others, the speeds aren't terrible, the size is great. Recommended.

You're going to appreciate this little guy... I can't believe how fast it is. I use it as a capture device for the Xbox but at this point I would recommend it for just about any application. Be careful though,it's little and easily could be lost 😁 put the lanyard on it just to make it easier to find!
