Yes sir. Not had a problem with mine. I got it installed behind the factory radio for my jeep sounds nice.

Q: Does this come with the installation kit?

It has wire harness, you will need RCA’s and recommend a inline fuse.

Q: Do you have to have a deck or can it run off the phone bluetooth

It gets its signal from rca cables. No Bluetooth

Q: What is the frequency range for the high-pass crossover? i'm trying to figure out if i should use the high pass filter on a set of alpine s-s65c's

89 - 500 Hz. On the woofers and 2400 Hz on the tweeters
