I have have water retention problems and Midol was literally the magic pill. Both for PMS and period bloating and other times my body decides to hold on to excess. Even when you take this, and ESPECIALLY when you do you must make sure you drink the necessary amount of water. I tend to get pretty bad cramps during my time of the month and this particular midol is exactly what works best. There are other variations of the midol but this one is also like anti-bloat and it really helps to ease the pain. This is a good price for the amount of pills and I have this is one of my subscribing things because I always want to have this on hand. Highly recommend!
