Satin Ice ChocoPan Deep Brown Modeling Chocolate, 1 Pound

First time using this product and it’s so easy to work with and things just look so much prettier using molding chocolate instead of fondant. Love love love it. my cakes with the sculptures looks amazing because of this product. It’s a little pricey but worth it. Can’t wait to order some of every color. And u can mix with the fondant and it works good that way also.

This was fun to use. My first time. It taste like a tootsie roll. And to begin with it seem really hard, but then the heat of your hand make it pliable.

I cannot find modeling chocolate in the stores so i thought i would try ordering it online. It was great, came on time and the stuff is really fun to work with! Way easier than fondant, Will buy again

So this modeling chocolate is tasty and worked well for my cake. But out of the tub, it had cocoa fat that was not mixed in. So you had toWork a bit to make it uniform. Also some chunks just never melted I to the chocolate. That was annoying when you are rolling it out and have to pull out a chuck and start over. But on the cake, it did do a good job covering my boat.
