I am new to this but felt it was a good buy and good standard for me to start with. I liked the different size chisels so I could figure out how to use them. It came with a nice hanging case. I can open easily remove each chisel and replace it and snap it back on the case frame. The frame is nice for protecting the ends of the chisel and each chisel has its own place.. All the how to information I found said you had to sharpen even new ones so I did. I don't have enough experience to know if this was necessary. The chisel I used was easy to clean. Review: Sharp and straight edges. - Solid investment. These are sharp and sturdy, just what I needed to uncover filled in hinge cutouts for double doors that had previously been removed from a doorway arch. Previously tried flat head screwdrivers and a tool with a flat edge that can be used for prying but those were just tearing up the wood and not giving a straight edge.
