I loved this light, but it was only after installing it that I realized I won’t be able to turn it on and off easily. I am disabled, and I rely heavily on smart plugs. My smart plugs will turn the light off, but it won’t turn the light on due to the dimmer. I’m going to have to spend a good chunk of money on an electrician to see if I can bypass it. Even then, that would mean I’ve have to use it on the max setting and not the medium I prefer. They said they would include some other plug but I didn’t receive it. They say to email them, but Amazon gives no way to contact seller and they do not have their email listed from what I can see. Extremely disappointed I spent this much money on something that won’t really work and now I can’t return. If you guys reach out with a solution, I will update my rating. Thanks

If you plan to use for photo backdrop, the light is too bright to read the words in photos. You'd be better off finding a similar sign with "warm light" option. Overall good quality though.

At first glance, it looks fine, but the word "was" is spelled "wos". There is a filmy substance on the clear acrylic part of the sign (can be cleaned, but very unprofessional to deliver this way). I have multiple neon signs because I rent for weddings, and this is the lowest quality by far. Lastly, part of the last "s" was missing, as shown.Very disappointed, because I was so excited about this one!
