**Q: Can this be used as a cover lid for microwave pan cooking?**
A: I guess, but I would not. Think of this as a plastic covering to put down on your countertop to roll out pie dough or rolled sugar cookie dough.

**Q: Can i ise it in the oven to bake chicken or grill veggies?**
A: You can, but I would not recommend it. Baking and grilling provides best results with an oven-safe pan. The Silicon baking mats are best used for as an alternative to parchment paper baking needs.

**Q: What size are the macaron inside and outside circles on both large and small mat?  Thanks!**
A: They are good size. There is two smal and regular. I like them.

**Q: Is the macaron circle sizing good for making chocolate chip cookies?**
A: I haven't tried any cookies yet, only bread kneading and rolling pie crusts.  However, I would imagine that it would work fine.  The circles start at a 5" size and go to a 16" size.

Really happy with this baking mat set. I bought it mainly for the price and the variety of sizes, and both delivered. Having multiple sizes is super useful depending on what I’m baking, especially for smaller batches. The mats are nicely nonstick, easy to clean, and fit well on my pans. Overall a great value and a solid alternative to parchment paper. I’d definitely buy these again.

They are a bit thinner, but work great! My only gripe is they are slightly too big to fit flat on the bottom of my 1/2 sheet pans. It was easy enough to work around this for the cookies I tried the mats out with, but might be tough to use in some other applications. I love that the set comes with a little 1/4 sized mat as well. My youngest used it to roll her dough out. No counter top mess to clean up! Great price. Great mats overall.
