Added to miso soup, it is absolutely delicious.

Easy to use
When I make my instant saimin, I add this after saimin is done. Stir it around and it softens. Very good. Trying to get more iodine in my diet.

These are totally fine and the price is good. The only complaint is these are a bit thin as I like mine thicker with a chew.

what a good food source
I tried this product and i was surprized when I boiled it it swelled up to life size very plenty seaweed.

NOT a healthy option
I thought this would fit in well with my recent commitment to healthy eating. It does not. This item has added sugar and fat, clocking in at 37g carbs, 8g of fat, and 230 calories per serving. To top things off, there are 2 warning labels on the bag warning consumption of this seaweed may expose you to heavy metals which are known to cause cancer and birth defects. I cannot recommend and am removing this from my subscribe and save list.

Okay
Had to switch to this because my usual product isn’t available. It’s made in China, so I was suspicious before cooking (for all those negative news about food safety), but my worry was unfounded.
