These things are tiny and easy to swallow. The serving size is only one of these little fellas. Is it the pill from the movie Limitless? No not at all but from my experience it gives a slight but noticeable boost in focus, energy and cognitive ability. Not an end all be all but a nice addition to a nootropic stack etc. I did take half of them before I realized that it is recommended that they be refrigerated. I would have liked to see a package insert giving me a heads up about that.
