Very easy to use and worked really well.

Best success with flat tips and tweezers with 15 seconds of pressure. Works perfectly!

Might be useful, but I cannot pickup rhinestones no matter how I try. Very frustrating. I may try watching a YouTube video.

Worked well for simple home crafting.

I couldn’t wait for this product to arrive! But then it did..... First I turned it on and read the directions. Super easy to understand. After about 5 mins of heating I go to pick up the gem, let it warm up and it gets stuck in the end. Thus product gets extremely hot so you cannot just touch the end to get it out. You have to let it cool off and then remove the gem and start over. Started over, then it wouldn’t stick to the surface. So I figured, project switch try a different material. It was a heavy linen material. Gem got stuck again. Then I tried a smaller tip (although this one was labeled 4mm the gem size I was using from the same brand) and also it didn’t get the gems hot enough to heat the glue. Or it is possible that the gems that came with it were defective. Either way they came together so it’s all getting returned. Save your time and your money.

Kinda hard to use and stones don’t always stay on. Didn’t seem to have a good grab on the stones and when it did at time it would get stuck in it.

It works really well for the small stones, but the larger ones the tip does not fit real well. I still love it.
