Q: can this cartridge be installed on QL2 head?

I would call Everpure directly, 1-800-279-9404. They were very helpful when I had the same kinds of questions, and getting the right head and base is key.

You should have no problems connecting to your Hansgrohe Axor faucet. You may need some faucet water supply flex hoses and adaptors.
