I really like this multivitamin. Most are large and hard to swallow. These are smaller and easy to swallow. I also am able to take one in the AM and one in the PM.

There is no aftertaste like some vitamins
After searching for the best adult multivitamin, I determined that Centrum Silver is the best. The pill is not huge (not exactly small, but not huge) and has no aftertaste. I didn't have any digestive effects and there is no smell. Centrum is also gluten free, non-GMO and has no artificial sweeteners nor flavors.
