I am light skinned and I apply once a week. They have a dark I use the medium. The foam application is the best! **Q: Can u go swimming after applying?** A: Swimming in chlorinated water can sometimes cause the colour to fade more quickly. If you do find your tan fading a little more quickly, we would suggest reapplying your preferred product every few days and keeping your skin moisturised - this will help with keeping you glowing for longer! **Q: What is the best way to use this on the face** A: Apply 1-12 and mix with your moisturizer! **Q: Is this buildable color or is it more of a light tan?** A: It wasn’t really light. I applied every few days on my legs to keep the color. It eventually wears off. I do like this tanner though.
