Folda up and has a handle if you want to use it at the beach or park. I used it as a mat on my front porch under my small sette.Update: used on sheltered porch 3 mos. This summer when I took it out to use on same porch, it had disintegrated at least 40%. Not usable. Did cost much but should have lasted longer in a sheltered area.

I bought it to put beside my car at the RV park to keep sand out of my car. It worked good for a couple of months but now it's falling apart.

The media could not be loaded. I have a neighbor beneath me and I wanted to purchase a mat that would not allow water or debris from my plants to get through. This mat is easy to clean and does not allow what it to get through. My only concern is that if you move it to fast with weight on it, it may rip. I found this out when I attempted to move it while one of my plants pots was still on there. This can also be used to sit on a beach or at a park. We used it at the park on the grass. It has handles and they’re easy to carry

Was just trying to fold it back up after unwrapping it from packaging. I gently (normally) tugged it to fold it the way you would fold anything and the Polaris ripped from the seem immediately and easily. Can’t imagine it actually holding up on the beach with kids sitting and moving around on it.

It would probably make a good beach accessory to lay on the sand

I love this mat. It's easy to keep clean and provides a nice barrier for a picnic in the woods or a trip to the beach. And it's super easy to transport, It folds up into a small little package with included snaps to hold it closed and handles. It's smaller than my purse. I take it with me when traveling and use it for everything. Movies in the park? Yoga in a hotel room? Play space to keep the kids clean? Yes to all that and more. Extremely useful.

This item is a pretty good size yet folds up compactly. Light weight. Fast shipping and is perfect for camping or day trips to the beach or park. I'm going to buy a couple more.

Should have known by the price this wasn't going to last too long but I was very disappointed that it started shredding the very first use just from walking on it.
